Bill Brooks Sign up for games

Here is a brief excerpt of his email.

We are running our directors in circles trying to make games and find  individuals partners, when it is really our responsibility to find our  own partners.  There are cases where directors may know of players  without partners and they may try to make a match  for the sake of making a game or filling a half table.  Hopefully the  below tool may be useful to players and directors.

The key fields :

Required: Date of Game  this will auto populate the Day

AFT or EVE Session.  The first letter is all that is needed not case sensitive

        Player Name

        Confirmed Partner name

Semi required:  If you are available to play in a session and don't have a partner mark these

            Looking for partner

            Available for Session

Semi required:

Contact info.   The directors have several contact lists if  your information is different or changed add in this column

Optional:

        Preferred partner

Notes        Any the director needs to know  ( you broke your  leg and need a stationary, would like to practice your 2/1.....)

If you confirm a match after your initial entry, please update confirmed  partner column for one of the players and delete the entered  information for the confirmed partner's entry.  Basically we don't need  two lines for the same information.
